From the first time I opened my eyes to the view of Pearl Lake, I was hooked. Each year a group of friends gather here, at Pearl Lake, to compete in the Top Notch Triathlon in Franconia, NH. We normally compete as a team in the triathlon, but this year was my first attempt at the full solo triathlon. It was an incredible experience (that kicked my ass), but that event doesn’t even compare to how memorable the weekend is after we finish that final climb. Pearl Lake is an unforgettable place that I look forward to visiting every single year. The time spent with the people there, is something I wouldn’t trade for the world!
