The island of Caye Caulker, off the coast of Belize, is the dream tropical vacation destination. Filled with endless opportunities to go SCUBA Diving, sport fishing, drink tropical drinks, and even a short ride away from amazing excursions for Horseback Riding and Cave Tubing. This place seems to have it all and cannot recommend it enough! Video from our trip there, albeit, a year later, but better late than never!
